I have lived here around 3 years and the staff are pretty good. Maintenance is spot on when you need them.
RecommendedReal close to Wal-Mart, Gym, Laundry. My utilities are super affordable and the apartment manager Tracy is always responsive and walking around showing apartments. I decided to resign my lease again.
I have lived in Village Club South for 4 years now. Good spacious kitchen and bedrooms, great location (near stores and mid-town area), allows pets, and includes utilities (VERY affordable).
Village Club is so conveniently located. Everything you need is within walking distance! And the rent is very low compared to other similar apartments on the south side of Springfield.
I'm starting my second year at the Village Club apartments. The Management & Maintenance personnel are courteous and respond quickly to the few issues I've had with the property. It's quiet, affordable and great location to live.
Reasable price , great location good square footage for the money. Love the hardwood floors. Good maintenance.
We've lived here for about 10 years. The apartments are older but you can't beat the location. Near Walmart, a bus stop, a bank, a gas station and more. Current management is nice and has been helpful with trying to get things repaired in the apartment. Rent is very reasonable for the location.
I have lived here for 2 years.It is very quiet and pleasant.All of the people are very nice,from management to maintenance to the people that live near me.The grounds are always clean and kept nice.I have only had a couple of minor things that have needed to be looked at and they were taken care of very fast.All in all this is a very good place to live.
