They are truly some scammers. They make you think your mortgage payments are really low by using a low calculation for your taxes . They’ll have you paying the low mortgage for 4 months and then increase it right back to the original rate!
They did great with my refinancing. Rachel was awesome, and handled it all for me, minus a few signatures, of course.
Have never dealt with a company as bad as this with a refinance. Get told different things by different departments. I will never deal with this company again. Look up Cardinal Financial or any other mortgage company before you deal with this company and their false advertisements/information. I have a string of email threads with their crap.
They took SO long to process my loan I lost over $2,000 in escrow rebate. There was always an excuse WHEN I got an answer that is OR they were eating lunch with co workers etc. I do NOT recommend them
I am a signing agent for the State of Tennessee. I have completed 7 refinance signings for this company between September 24, 2020 - October 23, 2020, with only 1 dated September 23, 2020 being paid. After every appointment I would receive an email reminding me to upload an invoice and my W9 to their site or email to the scheduling office to ensure timely payment. I was short for cash and a streamline saved me and lowered my mortgage after a current tax increase. I needed that one hundred a month back. No lie. I'm prepared with a new budget and a lower rate with the lowered finance amount.
Doyle Docstader And Amy Timpson made a mistake That causes me $2000. refuses to refunded the error amount. $2000 is a lot of money to loosed during COVID -19 stay away from this two incompetent Village capital employees.
We had very smooth experience with these guys refinancing our mortgage. I contacted two other companies and had higher rates quoted than village capital in addition to multiple mistakes on the do’s posited statements. Emerson from Village was always available to answer any questions, did what we expected and was very professional.
