The agents are useless and not able to help. They read from a script and were completely unhelpful and talk in circles. There is no reason for it to take so long to get documents for my loan. This is a scam run by this company in an attempt to keep me from refinancing. This scam they run has cost me thousands of dollars. I am beyond frustrated at this point with their out right refusal to help a customer.

I'm sorry but for the life of me I don't understand how this company stays in business. I call them on the phone and get a recorded message that I've called before business hours and states that the hours are from 5:00am to 7:00pm PST.. I'm calling at 7:45am PST. Their website states 7:00am to 6:00pm. They don't start their service until 8:00am PST. I call at exactly 8:00am and the recording says " Due to high volume I have to wait. But wait it gets better they give me a option to press one and my place in que will be heled ... read more

Customer Service and document procurement sucks for this company. Me and my wife have been trying to obtain a single piece of paper for 10 days now, our online portal has been shutdown, bc we purchased a new home. We have called a Min. of 4 times and git the same response, we are emailing it to you you should recieve it in 24 to 48 hrs it is our 1098 which we need to file taxes with and is the only document holding us up, we were thinking of refinancing with these guys but, not no but heck NO!!!!!!!!! I brokered a loan to Village and we've had to change our client's close dates 6 times already. Hoping tomorrow will actually work to close for our poor clients. I am shocked the seller is sticking with us. Stay far away from this lender unless you like headaches. They said they were too busy to handle the work load. In that case, they need to either hire more help or turn away the business for now. Totally unacceptable! Will never use them again.

Two months ago my mortgage was transferred to Village Capital. I got a notice that my Feb 1 mortgage was late on Feb 27th. The payment however was issued on time by a popular bank bill pay service. Having never been late with a payment ever, I was very surprised. I called Village Capital and was on hold for hours until i put myself in yhe queue for a callback. this Company is the worst Along with Nation Mortgage the Broker I tried to a refi, with them and they had to do a complete re intake along with needing a copy of my marriage Cert, all they are is a Collection agent wanting to a Mortgage company with being 20 years behind in there business Practices

thieves, jacked up our payments by 250 dollars a month told us to refi a hud loan, then tanked our credit score posting that we were missing payments when we were not and that our payments had increased again by another $51 when it had not for 2 months in a row, dumping our score so we cannot refinance

If you want a mortgage company that will pay the wrong property taxes, then this is the company for you! I've had in the realm of 12 calls trying to get this resolved through various departments and after 3 months my payments are still well over what they should be to make up the imbalance. The funny part is that if I don't make the payments, it will be reported to my credit after 30 days.
