worst mortgage company ever!! You can not get a hold of anyone for the life of me. They have where they hold your place in line and will call you, yeah that does not happen. I don't what the hell if it is an empty office or something.

Do Not use this company they are incompetent on doing business and transactions and make you pay late fees after they fuck up because they didn't pull the money out even though they told you your mortgage is paid and your good, and then take the payment out 4 days after you made it. Let this place go to shit that's where it needs to be.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We have lost so much money. We have gotten multiple late fees due to them having my mortgage set at 200 dollars more than what we had signed the paperwork for. Then they offered us a refinance and told us not to pay until the deal was closed and papers were signed and they would defer the next payment. This started in June, now here we are about to be in October and they say I'm 2 months behind on the mortgage. I have an outrageous amount of late fees. I set up scheduled monthly draft mortgage payments to begin August 2021 after my Streamline Refi. What? Village drafted early. I issued a stop payment cost $30.00. Village Capital, "Oh that early payment was canceled." Then why was the actual amount deducted from my account? I will just call customer service and wait another hour or two. Justin Naylor was my loan officer for my FHA streamline refinance and he did a great job working with me in reducing my monthly mortgage payment. I compared the loan Village Capital offered me with several other big lenders and they couldn't come close. An agent at Quicken Loans told me that it was a great deal and that he could not believe it. I would definitely recommend them for FHA mortgage streamline refinances.

Horrible company. They scam you and try to add late fees onto your mortgage for errors on their part. I've had "glitches" for several months now and their costumer service is absolutely awful and is very uninformed.
