The servers are notoriously rude, but that is part of the charm. Their behavior is not so offensive as to prevent guests from having a positive experience. Our server seemed very polite. However they advertised their brunch "bottle service" inaccurately and would not honor the advertised price. They also did not provide enough plates or napkins for the guests. The "bottle service" gave us one small caraf of orange juice for a large very flat bottle of champagne. When I asked for more juice I was told I would be charged, unlike the advertised price. They also did not get our orders correctly and half of the food came out cold.
