I've lived in 5 different apartments complexes over the past 10 years in or near the Chattanooga area and the management & maintenance staff here are top notch. As someone who is typically critical of big business owned apartments, I seriously believe I'm getting the value of my rent here at Cameron Harbor. Such friendly staff and great location!
Townhome units with carports are frequently broken into and not safe. Management has not implemented safety support.
My carport has been broken into four different times here. The police can never catch them. Management continues To excuse as to why they don’t have security or a gate or garage doors. Do not move here if you have a family.
