Firstly 5 stars for Danyel who has been communicative before the move, during the move, and even after the move. We had some obstacles to tackle with us moving from out of state and Danyel was there to help every step of the way. The community is amazing from the people to the pool, to the entire neighborhood and the amount of things you can access just with a short walk. I’ve lived in eight different properties around Tulsa, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever called home. The property is consistently clean, conveniently located, and situated in a great part of town. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff, especially Danyel Geoghegan. This apartment complex will ask you to send a deposit ($250) without seeing the lease, due to "high competition." If you do not send it within 24 hours, they will lease the apartment to someone else. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and frantically leasing units to the first person who pays.
