Manager is rude and even discriminatory. Nearby apartments cost the same and have more sqft, save yourself the time.

I have been here for a little over a year and have no complaints! Management (Marin) is nice. There's an option to pay rent online and that's super convenient. The apartments are small but super clean and remodeled. I have not seen 1 roach or bug in my apartment since I moved in. Maintenance is wonderful and they quickly respond. The parking availability is great for both residents and visitors. The complex is quiet and the premises is clean and well kept. I'm glad I found this place!
