It's nice to be here. Well maintained, clean and quiet.
Jose was wonderful. He arrived and took care of my repair needs in a prompt and professional manner. The problem i had was trying to connect with the office staff. Every time I called my call was answered by the off-site call center I left multiple messages and my calls were not returned. I had to go to the leasing office just to speak with someone. Thank God Ellie was working that day from that point forward , all was well. We also have a new manager (I think his name is Omar). Omar is wonderful he even answers the phone.
Villa Vicente is an incredible apartment complex with a quiet atmosphere, a few miles from Westwood, Hollywood and both Santa Monica and Venice beaches
Villa Vicente has gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort as one of their residents. For any maintenance request they respond quickly, fix it quickly and ask for feedback. The entire team including the leasing agent ( Ellie Altimarano), the manager (Brad ), custodians, and maintenance exhibit a high level of professionalism and curteousy.
attentive, punctual and kind! For me, as a former property manager and understanding the "can do's" vs "limitations " i believe it's been managed well! From being notified, to maintenance response times, to the upgrades happening before my eyes, living here has been pleasant overall, from that point of view.
