The maintenance team responded promptly, inspected the situation, and completed the repair. They did an EXCELLENT job repairing my window screen and cleaned up behind themselves. I am greatful to the entire Maintenance Team for doing an excellent job in MAINTENANCE.
Cameron went above and beyond with his knowledge and customer service. He was friendly and extremely helpful.
Lola from the leasing office is such an amazing person! Everything from her service through the phone in the beginning of my apartment hunting journey, to the help she’s provided since I’ve moved in has been outstanding. Melissa, the property manager, is also a lovely woman to put my trust into as well. Being able to find an attentive and caring group of people in the leasing office in Los Angeles is something you can’t take for granted. Very excited for the rest of my time here at Villa Vicente.
Move in was smooth - Big thanks to LOLA and all the staff for being super professional.
Mel and Lola is very helpful...professional, very nice personality...it would be a blessing to live there .
