Professional and courteous maintenance crew! Immediate response to water leak from apartment above mine. By the time I arrived home, 30-60 minutes later, water had been dealt with by running water removal machine, plus dehumidifier. Handled my personal items with care. Thank you to Edwin, Jose, and the newest maintenance crew member!
We were genuinely excited to move into Villa Vicente, but unfortunately our experience has been extremely stressful from the very beginning. Even before move-in, the process was disorganized. We experienced repeated communication issues, unanswered calls and emails, conflicting information from staff, application/payment system problems, and difficulty getting clear answers from management. The light above my bathroom sink was replaced. It only took a day to complete. The worker was very courteous and nice to talk to. What was supposed to be a two day job only took one day to complete. Job well done!
