Living here for a year, it truly felt like home. The place is clean and well-maintained. Thank you to Sandra, the apartment manager, for being approachable and helpful and also to Kristina and team, who always helped us—especially whenever there was a problem in our apartment. It was wonderful living here.

Lived at villa touran for more than 10 yrs. Lived very happy . A very pleasant building to live. Highly recommend! Excellent staff and manager.
I am really happy with my experience here at Villa Touran. The maintenance team is consistently dependable. They respond quickly and make sure repairs are done the right way, not just rushed. Sandra, the property manager is also outstanding and proiritizes safety for residents. They are very active in resolving issues. It is reassuring to live somewhere that’s so well-managed and cared for.
