LONG POST BUT SO INCREDIBLY NECESSARY. do not even consider leasing with this place. it’s a complete dump for way too high of a price (and the rent keeps increasing), the property managers (3rd property managers in the last 8 months) are almost never in the office and they never pick up the phone, in fact i think they removed the phone from the office. i lived here for 2 years, and every moment was a nightmare. from the constant ants, roaches and spiders, to TERMITES that they don’t seem to care about. in my third month of l... read more
