So happy and excited to live here , James the manager has been nothing but amazing! he was super friendly and made sure we felt welcomed and that our expectations were met!
I was a tenant for the year of 2021. Terrible management and management company. Beware of Natalie and Cannon Management, they are dishonest and try to be as little help as possible. Natalie will say anything to rent a unit, and once rented will disappear. She said my unit would be fairly quiet, that I wouldn’t hear cars pulling in or my neighbors, even making up absurd details like the walls were made from pure concrete, not to mention completely leaving out the school at the back of the property.
