There are not enough words to say how beautiful this house is, ANYTHING you could possibly need or want was there. All the paper work went very smooth, thank you SWFL for making this trip so easy. The house is huge so you could have a big family vacation there. Thanks again, Betty Hornby
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marilyn in Cape Coral, Florida.It is a beautiful home in wonderful condition. The home is on a lovely property in a convenient location. This property is fully stocked ...I would happily stay again. Furnished inside and out in good taste. Property management is excellent...staff is responsive and helpful. Loved it!"
Rented a house that was managed by SWFL real estate for two weeks. By the end of our visit, the pool was green with algae. They told us it was our job to call them about this, but I'm on vacation and don't feel I should have a read a long contract about how to manage their house. They gave us a whopping $50.00 refund. Will not rent any house managed by them again..
We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Caro. The location was convenient and the home was very nice. We loved the view on the channel and the pool/ lanai were fabulous! I also like that we could park in the garage. The only complaints are that we only had a few washcloths to share with 3 people, there was only a couple pods to wash towels, and it would have been nice to have toilet paper supplied. I would definitely recommend this home!
This company is horrible. They are not fit to rent/sell/buy your home. If you have a vacation rental, you better find someone that wont bill you for things that ARE NOT EVEN BROKE! THEY ARE THIEVES AND A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WILL BE FILED AGAINST THEM. If you are not around to see what is broken, they make it up. They charge you for things that they never did and refuse to communicate with you. They treat their employees like crap and make them bill for things that were not justified until the employee quits or gets fired fo... read more
We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaylee. It was a peaceful and relaxing week. SWFL did a great job answering any and all questions in a timely manner. Dwayne was great and fun to chat with when he came for a maintenance. We would definitely rent through SWFL again in the future.
The staff of SWFL rentals have made our vacation so enjoyable we have booked with them 6 years. No problems, and courteous response to any concerns! We look forward to our 7th year vacationing in Beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. Thank you Christina and Carston. See you in 17'
We had a great time vacationing in Cape Coral. The Villa Brenna was a very nice home with a beautiful pool, and well equiped with all we needed. Located in a very quiet part of the cape, it worked out nice for us and our dog. SWFL was attentive to our needs and were easy to work with. We asked about a pool cover and within two days they had talked to the owner and it was on the pool. Thanks for making our stay easy and enjoyable.
