Not screw people over in a pandemic. Shameful!
I can not believe you will not credit customers that have to cancel during this time. I will definitely do everything i can to spread the word of what kind of company you are and I hope you will be the ones to have the biggest loss in the end.
Not proving refunds during a time of national crisis is terrible. Your company should be ashamed - stealing hard-earned vacation money from families is inexcusable. I’ll never book through you!
We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Contenta! The house is very spacious, inside and outsider. The living room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are very nice. We loved that everything was very clean. There are a lot of towels. The outside, we loved the pool with was surprisely deep at one side. The furniture was nice for our outside stay. We used the BBQ a lot. Villa Aasta, Cape Coral, FL - Our stay was fantastic!. Great location and easy access to shopping and dining. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio was really nice. We cannot do that here in N.H. at this time of year. This property was well maintained and the appliances were more than sufficient. false advertising!! My son and his family rented a house over Christmas Break from them. They advertised the house had a solar heated pool which is a total lie. The house has bubble wrap plastic over the water. The house smells and needed remodeling 20 years ago. The smoke alarm goes off if the kids stay in the shower more than 5 minutes. I would NEVER recommend this company.

“Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Sherry. It was everything we expected & more! Best part for us was finding out there was a mesh child gate that went all around the pool which put our minds at ease of the little ones & they were able to play out on the lanai when they wanted with out us fearing them falling in the pool.
