This was my first time working with SWFL & would do it again in a heart beat. Our Villa was perfect. It had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool so much & the loungers provided good naps. The views from the deck where gorgeous & enjoyed many wild life sights. The rental office staff was quick to respond with any questions & they were very easy to work with. I hope to work with them again on our next vacation! :-)
We’ve rented several homes from SW Florida Rentals and we’ve never been disappointed. Their homes are clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The rental office staff are efficient and very friendly. They took care of any minor issues we might have had with prompt attention to our comfort and convenience. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Caro in Cape Coral, Florida.It is a beautiful home in wonderful condition. The home is on a lovely property in a convenient location. This property is fully stocked ...I would happily stay again. Furnished inside and out in good taste. Property management is excellent...staff is responsive and helpful.
Villa Kayla was an amazing rental for our family. We loved that it was in a more quiet area. The home was VERY clean and cared for and everything that we could possible need was supplied. The pool area was great and faced a canal and open fields, not fences and housing. Having a grill was a real plus, we returned each night to cook on it and enjoy the pool. Within an hour of the Villa location was Sanibel/Captiva, Matlacha,, Naples and the Island Girl to take us out to Upper Captiva to spend a day on quiet pristine beaches. ... read more
I am very Happy with everybody from SWFL Rentals. We had a great stay. Will definitely be staying at one of there homes again. Hoping to book for Christmas again this year and thru the new year. Thank you again
Enjoyed staying at Villa Maret very much. The house was immaculately clean. Pool area was unexpectedly large and very private backyard. Really quiet neighborhood. Had a super time in Cape Coral and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean house, a private backyard, and a quiet neighborhood. A+
