this place is a horrible place to live they won't give you an extra sticker to place on your second vehicle you have to say they live with you make no sense cause I am the only adult here my son live with me he's only a minor. they tow my car and the craziness thing I live here, yet again my car got tow, i don't have any money to pay to get it out the tow place. anyway don't move I plead with stay far away from this place.
The first year it was okay but at the end of the year i went a month without hot water and this was during the winter time. This year i had a leaky dishwasher that had been leaking since i probably moved in and this is one of the newly remodeled apartments. I've been living with mildew or mold for over a year and just has gotten worse. Till this day I haven't even been told of any repairs that need to be done they just say okay we'll get it taken care of. Still living here until january this place sucks I can't tell you how much frustration you get from dealing with Jo and Alicia in the office, they don't know how to do their jobs. If you have a maintenence issue don't tell them, just tell the workers yourself. Overpriced painted over mold apartments, and ifbyou like safety don't come here the gates are open to everyone
Worst management company or at least the people who work in the office
Quiet and secure place to live. However management and staff workers are not very pleasant. Staff need to be more caring and committed to those who rent. Previous management was much better
