Very disappointed, went to go wash my clothes around 6 in the morning before class and was unable to wash because there was a homeless man sleeping at the entrance. As someone who received a notice about getting evicted because I was “late on rent” mind you the rent isn’t due till the 1st and I received that letter the day of, you would think they would care enough about ensuring the facilities are safe. I wish there was a ZERO or NEGATIVE star option and it would have perfectly suited the Villa Sienna Apartments and the STU management. Presently, this property is being demolished and it doesnt rent out but the way Student Housing Solutions forcibly got the renting tenants vacate this property one full month even before the yearly lease agreement was to expire, is utterly shameful, disgusting and I would say un-American....simply because it doesnt happen in America....or that is what I though untill now. We started living here at the beginning of the year and so far it's been okay. There are some really great aspects like the affordable pricing and distance from school, but there is some unprofessionalism and lack of communication between the office and residents. 1.
