If I can give them less than a 1, I would. My daughter moved in Aug 2021. There were some hiccups but the management team was amazing. Now, they are under new management. What a horrible company? They don’t care about anything. Maintenance takes weeks to respond. Management always making excuses trying to convince you that they are trying to help. No parent would want there kids staying here. It’s not worth any special they have. Trust me… you will regret it.
This place is a terrible value for the price you pay. The staff is never available, the office hours are terrible and when they are there they don't answer the phone. Maintenance takes forever to get anything done and often says they finished something when they haven't. Staff loves to enter apartments without any prior notice and often does work around the complex early in the morning. Moving here started out great at first management was easy to approach, friendly all of the above. Then things with south very quickly. The maintenance men just barge into your apartment without knocking. It takes them MONTHS to complete a maintenance request. And with this new management they don’t think it’s important to notify the residents when things are going to change.
