I have known of residents that has lived at Via San Martin for many years. I have known that such little complex 4 over 8 years... most of the tenants are very kind humble and friendly. I know one lady that lives at the complex that makes& sells for tamales that are delicious. They have a cute park for the children what's the playground and plenty of parking for the tenants.
