During my latest visit to Villa Rica Dental Smiles, I was throughly impressed with everyone working there. Starting with the receptionist and including the dental assistant and the doctor, I was treated with comfort and great care. I even called back to as a question, and I spoke with Emily. She went above and beyond to handle my situation. I will be back. Highly recommend! AR
Emily was so kind & bubbly with the most infectious laugh ever but more so than that, she was super knowledgeable & patient with me with all the questions I had about my insurance coverage and my procedures. Caitlin, the assistant, was great at easing my nerves and Angie, the hygienist, has such a gentle touch. Great people. Very thorough exam and explanation of a plan. Answered my questions in detail.
Do not recommend this place .Do your research first .months of pain and 3 temp crowns 3 permanent crowns a cut lip from inexperienced employee. after the 3rd crown I now have a sharp pain in my gums that will not go away , can't eat or touch that tooth without pain , I'm in 24 hours of pain with this tooth. I've been told only a specialists at this point will know what's really happened to my tooth.I don't know if the tooth can be saved at this point.
