Every visit we have made to this office has been a more than pleasant one. The facility itself is fun and inviting and my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The service is top notch and you couldn't ask for better employees! Every single person is overly friendly and caring. Ideal environment for any child. I really wish I had been able to experience this type of treatment as a youth. Perfection.
New patient here. We got there and it was very nice. Greeted us with a smile and my little girl loved playing while we waited. Called us back on time and showed me everything and explained everything as we walked to the room. Once in they explained what was going to happen. The doctor and staff are very sweet and friendly. My child normally does not do new people but she liked everyone there. We were in and out. It was quicker then I thought it would be. I will be bringing her back and telling my mom friends about them.
There was a dental problem and our daughter was able to be seen the same day. It put our minds at ease. When we arrived, we did not wait long at all. I am very pleased with the dentist, staff, and quality of care received. Thank you very much! We are glad we found this practice!
Staff are professional but at the same time are so kind and caring to the children. Our toddler who experienced his first dental check up was taken care of in the best possible way.
Both of my kids have had good first dental experiences here. They're good with special needs kids. Wait times are very short.
I am so happy I decided to take my child there. My motherly instinct kicked in about another place I was scheduled to take my son too but instead I came to this office. Well thank god I did. We found out that my son was miss diagnoised with needing a feeling when infact he didn't. The office is very clean and the staff are awesome. I give this place 5 stars definitely.
I took my 1 1/2 year old to Villa Rica pediatrics for the first time today. I was very impressed with the entire staff, who made our visit as pleasant as possible. They also got us in and out quickly, while also making sure all my questions and concerns had been thoroughly addressed. Everything I heard about this facility was true, and I am thankful for the care they provided for my daughter.
The staff are super helpful and friendly. My kids were so comfortable and are actually looking forward to going back!
I manage an office so when I am visit other practices, I guess you could say I observe a little more. This was our second time visiting this office and the staff was just as wonderful as the first time. They explain everything to my girls, (9 and 14) and make the experience comfortable. As busy as th ladies are they make the time to look at you and smile while doing a thousand things. I am not express how great it is a manager to see a staff so willing to create a pleasent experience!! YOUR MANAGER SHOULD BE PROUD!
