I’m going on my 4th year living here and it’s been good well kept and manager and maintenance are always there when needed. I haven’t had any issues living here and I recommend this complex
This apartment complex is a 1 bedroom 1bath very quiet, clean and pet friendly. The neighbors here are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are kept really clean. Management is very respectful and reliable. I highly recommend it.
Via Plaza Apartments has been my home for over three years since the first day management has been very welcoming helpful, And always on top of things when needed to get fixed or replaced. The small community is very united, friendly welcoming, and most important safe, Recommend for anyone who is looking for a cozy one bedroom apartment.
This is my 6th year living here and it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever been in. The neighbors are kind, good people. Karen the manager always answers the phone and is nice and helpful. One night I had an issue with my door so I called Karen after closing hours and she answered!! She sent maintenance to fix the issue within 20 minutes. Nice tile floors and a spacious closet that fits all my clothes. And conveniently close to almost everything.
This is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. It is quiet and everyone is friendly. Management is friendly, professional and responsive. Landscaping is kept up and beautiful rose bushes sit outside of the complex. Rent is reasonable compared to surrounding areas. Assigned parking spaces for each apartment is convenient.
