I had 2 different people switching off doing my nails and both drilled off my cuticles horribly. I got gel X and it was about half an inch thick on my finger nail. I just had to go to a different salon to get them slightly fixed but you can still see it. My poor sad cuticles. No thank you
SO rushed. Doesn’t actually write down appointments. Poorly done - nails broke 3 days later and polish chipped. Rude. One time the guy stopped and started clipping his ow nails and then continued clipping mine with the same nail clippers…
I get regular (not gel) pedicures here on my lunch break. The polish lasts FOREVER and I end up going back because of nail growth.
Paid for the deluxe pedicure. Did not get any massage at all. I felt rushed. The only rubbing he did was for 10 seconds between each toe. For the manicure he soaked my right hand for less than 1 minute. And my left hand for 2. My whole manicure, with soaking and all was less than 10 mins. He rubbed lotion on both of my hands for a total of 1 min combined, told me to go wash my hands. He then told me to wait 15 in front of the fan to dry my nails. I waited about 18.
