I visit this place everyday. The tenants are friendly. The management are also its very clean. From what I hear from people that live there the pricing whether you rent or buy is actually not too bad.
Recently upgraded. Streets newly sealed, new electrical & solar. Guest parking with a pass only.
Management team is terrible and dismissive to tenants. Their parking signs are not posted appropriately. They will tow your car without warning visitors or tenants.
