I really regret moving here. The apartment wasn't built with consideration to strangers having to be stuck sharing a ceiling/floor and such close proximity. Soundproofing and additional insulation are needed between the levels, to dull noise and increase privacy. Also, the vents oddly bring in smells from the connected bottom or top units. Although smoking is prohibited in places where it interferes with others, it is difficult to document, so I've had to smell cigarettes, marijuana, and incense smells coming through the ven... read more
The late night maintenance technician-Tony-was incredibly prompt, polite, and professional. While he wasn’t able to fully fix our air conditioner during the visit, he took the time to explain the issue and provided a temporary solution that made a big difference. We really appreciated his quick response and respectful attitude, especially after hours.
I absolutely love living here! Meagan is very friendly and professional! Tim is quick to respond to maintenance issues. The area is quiet and beautiful! All my family and friends that have checked out my 2 bedroom absolutely love how beautiful, spacious, and clean it is! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment which is a plus. The pool and spa are well taken care of. The location is great as well. Easy to get to the freeway and near many places to eat and/or shop. I am so at peace living here. So happy to call it home!
It's very impotent to realistically imagine how an arrangement lasting for months is going to affect a person's well being and comfort. Although many people have good neighbors, this isn't always the case. Maybe going for something where one is less likely to deal so intimately with that should be a serious consideration here. Management and maintenance have been very prompt and helpful. Three stars because it was frustrating that replacements or repairs were needed upon move-in. Also, I really wish there were soundproofing between the floor/ceiling of lower and upper units. I can hear my downstairs neighbors' conversations when they aren't speaking at low conversational tones--hear them cussing at each other, among other sounds.
