Thank you Tony for responding so promptly to our emergency maintenance request, and thank you Tim for the prompt follow-up and replacement of our water heater tank the following day.
Tim, the maintenance lead, was really helpful and does a great job maintaining all the units even through the late night call out hours. Unfortunately, we moved out because of the price becoming ridiculously high, but if there is a bright side to this Apartment Complex it is that Tim is such a great help and always shows up if something goes wrong at any hour, and he knows exactly what to do and how to fix it! Thanks Tim for your great work!
Meagan was very friendly and accommodating with the move in. The unit is luxurious for its price and very quiet! Location is also a plus. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking to move
I’ve been living here for 2 years now and never had any issues ! Meagan and Tim! In maintenance have always been attentive and very professional!, not much maintenance required but when needed it’s done in a timely matter! Might even do a third year here they’re that good
