Do not, i repeat DO NOT EVER live in a Student Housing Solutions property. I honestly should have known better when a close friend of mine who was a regional manager for them decided to leave for a lower paying job because he "could not sleep at night knowing how horribly they were treating young naive students." Student Housing Solutions are pro con artists, and they know most people moving in to their places are young 18-19 year olds who have never signed a lease in their lives. The Villa Lucia is a great place to live. I have lived all over the country, and the staff here at the Villa Lucia, are certainly the most helpful, understanding, and outgoing staff I have EVER encountered. If it was not for the Rene and her awesome staff, we wouldn't have made it through the summer. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a great community with great staff.
