We moved in May and so far everything has been great! Courtney made the process very easy. My only minor inconvenience is the parking situation for visitors. I have a Bible study once a month with 8 to 10 ladies and I have to pick them up from the front office where the visitors can park. My car only holds 4 so I have to make two trips. There's 4 spots for visitors in the back but it's usually full and a long way from my building. The property is beautiful and they take good care of it. I wanted to share my experience because there have been multiple issues during our time living here. We originally lived on the third floor moved because our second-floor neighbor would repeatedly bang on their ceiling whenever we walked through our apartment. The situation escalated to the point where the neighbor came to our door and yelled profanity at us. Courtney Johnson was absolutely phenomenal during our guided tour. Her personality, her knowledge of the area and her ability to make this feel like home without even trying was an instant comfort.
