I have moved into the villa la jolla apts. the manager is nice. (apperntly the last one was not) i am happy here. I saw the other posting and it is no longer true. they are nice apts and they take care of me
Villa la jolla apts has to be one of the worst apts in Bakersfield.Back in 06 there was 14 units on fire. Then managers quit couldnt handle the pressure and complaints. The last manager Veronica Osborn treated the residences like dirt. The only thing she loved is being a ruthless manager...having rent free apt and a fat pay check. She didnt give a damn about the complex. She never liked talking to the tennats. Now Veronica is gone. The new manager is no better..name Rene. Hes a Veronica wannabe.
