I'm a local realtor.. Real estate is a small world. I probably lost 3 to 4 of my buyers to these guys during the you euphoria of 2021. They refuse to work with other realtors or offer any type of compensation. So with interest rates going up I don't feel sorry for these guys at all if they're stuck holding the bag.
Stopped by to show my sister in law what Lodi has to offer. We were treated extremely rude by the realtor at this subdivision. We had just traveled back to Lodi from Reno after a few days of house hunting in NV. We looked the part of travelers, comfortable and tired. The realtor was beyond rude when she looked us up and down and asked rudely “Is there something I can help you with?” Then proceeded to have her assistant help (who was amazing).
