Ovidio is the man! Nice building near it all in west Hollywood and LA. Beautiful views from pool rooftop.
If this survey is in regard to the toilet replacement then 5 stars. Ovidio is awesome at getting things done. In regard to the carpet, I give it zero. The carpet is so cheap I may as well be living on concrete. My experience living here gets worse and worse. When i moved in the apartment above me had carpet. Once is was made over to make room for a new tenant, wood flooring was put in and I can hear every step. The sound proofing in the Villa Esther is as bad as I’ve ever experienced.
