The place isn't particularily sanitary
Everything goes wrong here. Neighbor tried to break in my apartment at 5am to do god knows what and management didn’t do anything. Packages are always stolen and management again does nothing. Building is old so everything is constantly down. Garage gate randomly stops working so I’ve missed work meetings and important appointments. For this rent, you would hope that they use some of it for upkeep. Not happy here and hoping to find a new place to move
I’ve been trying to get in contact with this place regarding an available unit for weeks now. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. When I call it just goes to silence after a few rings or it goes to a full voicemail box. Does this place even exist???
Building is nice, unit was spacious with 2 balconies, management is attentive. Neighborhood is fantastic with lots to do nearby.
I have lived in Villa Elisabeth for a couple of months moving from europe and I have only good experiences here. They have new property management (she is great and very helpful) and they have a new maintenance staff for anything that is broken/needs to be fixed, which he works in a very detailed way. The neighbors are very nice and quiet. The apartment needed A LOT of upgrades when I moved in and took over a month for the maintenance to complete but it was finished and it looks good now.
