The apartments are older and come with the issues associated with an older building. Utilities are a bit high, but honestly, with how much lower the rent is compared to other apartments in the area, it's still one of the most affordable options. Campus is within walking distance, with the stadium being right next door. It can be a bit loud on game days, but nothing unmanageable (and great if you like football). When I first moved in, both the dishwasher and washing machine flooded the apartment the first time I used them. On top of that, the bathroom was essentially unlivable, with a rusted sink, cracked and potentially dangerous flooring, and a water-damaged cabinet. I brought all of these issues to management's attention immediately, but I had to continually remind the manager about getting them addressed. It took approximately a month before anything was done. The maintenance and Management team are amazing and always willing to help. Just had some furniture moved turning the summer turn period and Ernest, Allie, Ethan, Christian, Matt, and Garrett were very accommodating and always professional and make my time here at Villa Dylano a great experience.
