I currently live in Villa Dylano, and have from the 24-25 academic year, through the current academic year. Though Dylano has went through some recent administrative changes, the property manager, Mallory, has done an outstanding job creating a smooth transition & an accommodating space for tenants. It is a great property & I live in a beautiful unit.

Ernest and EJ were both amazing working on our matinence. Super timely and professional.
Repair team is very responsive and quick with their work, shout-out to EJ and Ernest they did a great job fixing everything!
Ernest is the best!! I’d been waiting on a washer since I moved in, and as soon as the new one came in, he installed it right away. Didn’t even have to follow up. Super grateful for how fast and reliable he is!!
