This place has potential, but it’s neglected. My 1x1 was spacious, pet-friendly, and within walking distance to FSU. I appreciated being placed in an upstairs unit (my preference) even though I signed late, and I got lucky with a beautiful view of trees from my balcony. This is my son‘s third year living at villadylano. There was a mixup when I signed up for automatic payment and Mallory, the manager, went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. She was so kind, understanding and prompt to get back to me. In fact, she was able to find the problem and help me to correct my mistake. In addition, anytime that I have called the Management for any reason, I have always been received with very friendly and professional customer service.
I currently live in Villa Dylano, and have from the 24-25 academic year, through the current academic year. Though Dylano has went through some recent administrative changes, the property manager, Mallory, has done an outstanding job creating a smooth transition & an accommodating space for tenants. It is a great property & I live in a beautiful unit.
