My daughters were at Villa Dylano for the 24-25 school year. Definitely would not recommend. Maintenance was very slow to respond to any maintenance issues - if they responded at all - and the girls decided to move out a couple weeks early due to an extreme roach infestation that maintenance would not treat. Front desk staff always tried to be helpful, but the manager was very poor at responding to emails. I've had a great experience living in this apartment building! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. A big part of what makes this place stand out is the staff—especially Ernest and Danny. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any issues or request. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment with excellent service.

Zariah Weston is by far the nicest and caring person I ever came across. She’s a worker for this apartment place she has done nothing but help me through this whole process and took care of me since our very first phone call. 5 STARS
We checked out a few apartments for my son who was going to FSU and this was the best at a good price. We had help from Zariah from the very beginning she was AWESOME to work with kind, she answered all my questions and as a mom I had A LOT. returned phone calls and made the experience stress free. My son decided to switch majors before even moving in. 🤦♀️ so we had to sublease his place and AGAIN Zariah was there every step of the way. I can not thank her enough for all her help.
