I would not recommend renting this unit. The only facility provided is a microwave, and unfortunately, the management is dishonest. During my tour, the complex manager assured me that the unit included a garage and even provided me with the garage number. After signing the contract and moving in, I followed up daily for two weeks about the garage, only to be told by the manager that he made a mistake and there is no garage for this unit—just a parking space. The property was very nice and clean. The community director Eric Ramirez was incredibly nice and helpful.
