A recent change in ownership has really affected the quality of life I experience as a a boat owner at villa del mar. The loss of a staff member who was generous and went above and beyond has left us unsatisfied with the care we receive from current management. Our very expensive bikes were stolen from the locked storage unit on property. The public bathrooms and showers are moldy and not cleaned or maintained well.
