Receptionist answers phone and addresses tenants concerns/issues as if they are distracting her from doing something else. In order to have furnace repaired had to contact office after hours. Lot has not been plowed since 11 am on Monday, had to dig my car out and move to street. Scared of being stuck in back again. We need to get to work and now I have to fight for a space on the street. Such an inconvenience. Lived in other complexes and never faced this problem before. Take your money and run.
Excellent management company. They take exceptional care of tenants and the properties they manage.
