RecommendedVCP really stays on top of the business. They are organized and repsonds to all inquiries in a timely manner. They manage the pro pop erty where I stay. Then came the switch. I missed this management company so much, Paperstreet Realty ( for a nice way to put it) sucked. Now they have the property back again. WELCOME BACK VCP !!! 😂😂😂😂
Jeff ran off with my deposit money and stop answering my phone calls and texts and then I called him off another number and he was real disrespectful to me and rude also if u don’t wanna rent from someone that treats u like that
HELL TO NO, ITS FREEZING OUTSIDE -22 HERE IN CHICAGO, THE HEAT ISN'T WORKING LIKE IT DOES WHEN IT'S NOT COLD OUTSIDE, BUT ITS A DAM SHAME, THEN THE TENANTS ABOVE MY APARTMENT LET THEIR LITTLE KID(S) RUN AND JUMP ALL OVER AND THROWN STUFF TO THE FLOOR, THIS PLACE IS A TRAVESTY TO STAY IN, ME AND MY DAD WILL BE LEAVING HERE NEXT YEAR INTO OUR OWN HOUSE, NO MORE APARTMENTS FOR ME, SO NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THESE PROPERTIES. I’ve been living in one of their properties for almost a year now. The previous management was awful. The management changed couple of months ago and it seemed to me it was going to be better, responsive and maybe take care better of their tenants. I have a gas leak it’s been going on for more than a month. I called several times but they only give promises. No one ever showed up to fix it. Every month something new is wrong , they don’t even follow they own lease guide lines 😒 I’m still waiting on a back door key .... the building is full of crack heads and drug dealers ... straight trash I want out ....
Katherine Anderson has been a nightmare to deal with from jump. The owners of these properties need to do some reevaluation on whose pushing papers for their company. When we heard about the duplex on 72nd and yates me and my partner were eager to get the application process going. We referred to the address printed on the application to turn it in in person. I had a bad experience with them in 2013 Aneta Bowie had all the cars towed without warning tenants and not passing out permits for parking to the paying tenants she pushed the button to the towing company and them pulled all the cars that was on the lot at 4:00 am while everyone sleeping that time of morning. Shame on them !!!
Don't be fooled. These people care absolutely nothing about the tenants. As a matter fact they're exactly like the tenants from hell whom the rent to. If you send in your check/money order to pay they rent, they will hold on to it and lie in your face that they never received it. Taking them at their word, I went into the office paid January and February rents {because they never took January} and guess what happened?
