This building is poorly managed.
Decron properties completely abandoned Villa Bianca over a year and a half ago. They are breaking the law and lying to us and the city about it. They’ve put their residents in danger over and over again. Sheriff had guns drawn literally outside my front door 3 times in the last week and a half. The quality of care has gone down greatly as we’ve had no building manager in our office for almost 2 years. This has affected us greatly on a daily basis with packages being stolen. What time to receive this feedback request, After police has been onsite multiple times in last two weeks. Decron refuses to acknowledge or address issues in our community. We haven’t had a property manager on site for years. Residents are allowed to disturb others and create unsafe environments for residents. Decron is not addressing safer access points, upkeep of community areas, packages stolen from lobby, not addressing lease violations on noise, guests, and items found in communal areas violating policies posted on prem... read more
