It is pretty nice experience any major issues are being promptly fixed and in a really short timely manner
We have rented an apt thru Blueground at Villa Bianca for a month. We were so pleased with how things were kept up in the building and how Emily Chandler the leasing consultant on site took every care to make our stay a wonderful one. She paid attention to anything that came up - handled a parking situation with ease and an unexpected plumbing situation with immediate care. We cannot say enough about her natural way of communicating. She is a wonderful combination of efficiency and competence with great personal warmth.
The management here is an absolute joke, which was a major reason why I moved out (on top of bugs, constant theft, general lack of accountability, etc.). I vacated FOUR MONTHS AGO and Valerie Cruz of Decron still hasn’t returned the entirety of my security deposit. She attempted to scam me and take additional days rent out of it when I clearly gave my 30 day notice, and strung me along (often going WEEKS at a time without an email response, and dodging every call to actually speak to her).
