Working with the leasing agents, Matt and Adam, as well as Brittany, the property manager last week at Villa Bella Vista was an amazing experience. These people went above and beyond to help me find a place that I can call home halfway across the country. We appreciate the time and thorough attention that they gave us in finding a home
A horrible place to rent through. These people do not care about your privacy nor your safety, and overcharge you for bad living spaces. They force in-person visits without your permission to enter your space (all because they "give 24hr notice"), even though Florida law states that it should be an agreed reasonable time. They never ask what time is good they just give you a time and if you aren't at your apartment, they enter it with or without your permission (they have even attempted to during covid with "one employee"). ... read more

The cutest apartment with a fireplace and built ins that you can’t find anywhere near here. The apartment is huge and even comes with a balcony! Tucked away off Bellevue so the privacy is great. Loved living here the last year!
