Worst apartments in euless there’s roaches everywhere and the owners aren’t doing anything about they had some guy come and spread borax and baking soda on our floors thinking that would do something we’ve complained multiple times and they’ve came twice with there borax do not rent here go somewhere else they suck and have no idea what there doing
After the property changed hands in July 2025, the management team has been systematically updating everything. The new landscape is coming along nicely, and they are updating everything. Next as I understand it, they will be focusing no on infrastructure, electricity, that sort of thing. I really like the positive attitude of the team and the care and focus on making this property nice place to live.
