Great place to live! I've been here for 2 years now in 2 different floorplans and I plan to continue renewing. Let's not pretend anywhere is perfect, but I've seen so many apartments that aren't worth the dirt they're built on. Villa Bella is not that. Maintenance is friendly and efficient, the office staff are kind and answer my questions as quickly and accurately as they can, they keep up with their common areas and grounds, and the property is conveniently located relative to schools and stores. Please don’t move here. It’s a waste of money the lady Lisa in office manager is not right she don’t care if you put apartment in your name or someone else she just want the money. The apartments don’t have no air or heat office control it. Had to get air conditioner like I stay in the ghetto seriously to hang out my window. Roach infested is most definitely. Was scared to even cook food roaches falling all out cabinets, also all in the refrigerator no matter how much you clean. This is the worst apartment ever please save y... read more
