The new management and company that took over the property took rent then some and then took application fees and took late fees after posted rent was paid, then trying to get this resolved with the management on site they told me if they returned my money they would fille theft charges on my mom but in all Actuality I have all payments and statements and proof of charges from this company pay portal and bank statements.. now they are rudy knocking on my door and serving papers saying I didn't pay rent... Overall, Villa Bella is a solid community, especially if you’re looking for affordability and a convenient location in Euless. The property has its ups and downs like most apartment communities, but there’s definitely been a noticeable improvement recently.
