I own a body shop. Plz do not use viking insurance company .vert difficult to work with .. There estimate program is VERY OUTDATED and not pay us for work we performed. WE'VE finished customers car said take weeks to send a check .. not A professional company AT ALL.. I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF COULD.

I have been dealing with this insurance for over a month now. I am dealing with the worker named Katie and she is very disrespectful not compassionate at all. She not professional at all either. You can tell she doesn’t care what you say she just wants off the phone even though it’s her job.

I was involved in an accident caused by another driver insured by Viking last year. The driver who caused the accident was not on the policy at the time of the accident but was added onto the policy after the fact. My car was deemed a total loss even though it had a great deal of sentimental value to me. The at fault driver attempted to pretend he didn't know what insurance was and tried to leave the scene of the accident, resulting in me having to call the police.
