My BMW needed a new body control module. During the repair, someone at Viking Automotive had switched on the Valet mode and claimed that another module needed to be changed to operate the trunk at my expense. I told them to check the valet button, they claimed it was not the issue. I came to pick up the vehicle, the manager tried to refuse me from inspecting the car before paying.
