Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed the malfunctioning fan on one of our air conditioners.
We dealt with a strong burnt rubber/exhaust-like smell from our brand-new HVAC system for weeks. Metro AC made two service visits but couldn't identify or resolve the problem. They believed the smell was coming from attic air, so we sealed and insulated everything and even built a plenum box around the return so it would draw air from inside the house instead of the closet. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the help Axavier provided. I am a little late in providing this. I most likely messed a setting up and didn't even realize. By simply reviewing all components and being patient with me, he kindly set everything up and checked my system out. I am very very grateful and will absolutely call again for any future needs.
