After doing a long search on Google, I found Viking HVAC. my system had a refrigeration leak. I easily set up an appointment for the next day. My service rep Derrick Young text me ahead of time which was great because I was able to leave work just in time to meet him. Derrick was awesome to work with. Not worth a star; lots of games with pricing by receptionist & manager; then scheduling is hit or miss & window of arrival is not clear; bad communication skills; transparency of tech is suspect & tech was rude to a senior - always calling me 'boss' - rude; asked for notes from tech about how to prevent freeze up of compressor - he said he would write them up and send me the notes - he never did; find this company unreliable & cannot trust that what they say whether related to appointment time, tech, or pricing is fair; also... read more
