Dr. Juneja listens, and it is easy to have a conversation with him. I never feel rushed. He has been very effective in diagnosing and treating any problems. Have been with Dr. Juneja since he took over for Dr. Oliver around 2001. I would like the office to use their portal more effectively, and enable appointments through the portal.
I have used this practice for almost 12 years and have found the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Dr. Juneja is amazing. He listens to my complaints and is very easy to talk to. Dr. juneja is the first doctor I have found that has stopped and listened, and didn't act like I was crazy when I told Him my symptoms. I like that he looks for options to modify things rather than throw you on drugs right away. He then follows up with another appointment to see if what he had you do helped. If not he moves on to another treatment, and test. My only thing I would say is the front desk staff seem to bicker with each other a little bit, but not with the patients.
Awful......do not go here the staff and doctor are rude and unprofessional....... after a billing mistake was made I went and person to resolve it and was treated poorly and denied life-saving medicine worst doctoring in North Carolina
Takes the time to talk with patient, explain whatever is happening, and ask about anything else that may be of concern.
Dr Juneja runs his schedule like a production factory. He talks to his laptop as soon as he walks in the examination room, never giving the patient a chance to ask a question or say anything. Very rude, typical Indian man. He seems arrogant and after one year, I've had enough.
