These people are the worse. When you try to contact them about a problem after the contract is up they block your number. Don’t rent from these shady people
unresponsive to plumbing, appliance and pest issues on the property. took half of my security deposit for a lost key, despite this being nowhere in the rental agreement. Justified it with vague and shady terms and refused to reimburse me despite the fact that I did not damage the premises at all. Do not think they'd try these tactics in a more affluent neighborhood. Very poor customer service and numerous rude interactions
