My experience living at Viewpointe for the past 6 months has been great. My kids spent their sunmer at the swimming pool and play at the playground almost daily. Any issues we have had have been addressed. We pman on renewing our lease for another 6 months.
Super expensive for super cheaply made apartments! Horrible staff and also horrible renters. They say they background check people. But I honestly doubt it. Scum of the earth lives and works here.
EDIT: The front office never has a clue as to what is going on. We moved out almost three weeks ago and I haven't seen a final statement from them, so I decided to get online and figure out what was going on. When I got online I found that it was showing that I owe this month's rent as well as an extra 200 something dollars for who knows what?! Mind you, I should be getting money back since I paid all of June's rent and only lived there for about 2/3 of the month. Honestly for the two years I lived there, I never saw the sam... read more
It's an awesome location and the apartments themselves are super nice. But the management is such a pain to work with. There's been several times when they've had packages for me in the office and never told me, and they never respond to emails or answer their phone. And when you do actually get ahold of them they say something different every time. We moved out a month ago and still haven't gotten our deposit check back, and they are trying to charge us for this months rent as well!
No offense but I have to finish my lease or I wouldn't be here... Great apartment care but unsanitary conditions throughout the grounds
