Only giving 1 star because that is the lowest. Complex rules are ignored, let your dog crap and pee wherever you want, smoke inside as long as your hand is outside the sliding glass, dump your trash wherever you want, water is individually metered but all meters are pooled and divided by adults (2 adults pay more than a single parent and 4 kids). Love it so far!! I'm glad it's pet friendly and that there are families here.
Love the new management. Apartment is great and quite.
Best place I lived in a very very long time. Office staff is great and they do all they can to keep the grounds clean.
So far so good I'd just like to see a policy for keeping dogs on a leash outside for all sized dogs (my girlfriend had her ankle bitten by a little lap dog.) Along with enforcing the poop pick up policy more. (It's not that hard when the clean up bags are supplied by the apartment complex if its that gross you then you shouldn't own a dog just saying)Besides that everything is actually pretty awesome here.
I Don't get why so many people put bad reviews this place has been great so far! It is super quiet and it's really clean and the fixtures seem to work very well. I think the price is pretty comparable to other apartment complexes. My only grief is that the breezeways are dirty but perhaps that is the patrons duty and not the complexes I am not sure.
