The best care around! The girls at the front are amazing and always so helpful. Dr.Mihalynuk delivered both my boys and she was the most amazing supportive and compassionate provider. Anyone would be lucky to have her! Dr. Spratt is our families primary physician and she is absolutely lovely and is a tremendous family doctor. ❤️❤️❤️
Office staff is generally bad here. Good luck getting through on the phones! I called today - Monday June 30, which is NOT a statutory holiday, and their phones lines indicate that I've called outside of their office hours, and then proceeds to say that they don't answer the phones between 11-12 pm or stat holidays. Technically they should be open but I guess not. I am regularly on hold for 30-45 minutes trying to get through. I hear that Dr. Spratt is very good.
