I current live in one of these apartments. The apartment itself is great. We have a beautiful view as well... but the management system is terrible. Nothing is ever done from a complaint. I have had several issues, none of which have ever been resolved after reaching out to our “landlord.” Recently we were to take our rent payments to southern community bank downtown.
