Disrespectful and Rude customer service. my 76 year old grandmother has been in servere back pain for a while. she had an appointment with him, he was talking fast and telling her she needed surgery without any further explanation. he rush her out of his office and told her to go home. my grandmother said he left the room and proceeded to laugh and talk with other employees while she sat alone in his one of his office rooms. she said she was sitting there for a good while before she gain strength on her own to leave and walk... read more
He is amazing.
Dr. Tran is the greatest Doctor I’ve ever met and I’ve met many! He performed a spinal fusion on my lower back after I ruptured a disc. He was clear, concise and very detailed in the steps of my surgery and treatment. He came to visit twice a day while I was in the hospital and called me at home once I was dismissed. He is the most personable and professional man that I’ve had the pleasure to know. I possibly have another surgery coming in the future in my neck and I’ve already scheduled a consultation with him.
