Overall good experience. Alex and his helper came out and explained what they were going to do. They communicated great. It was because of Alex that I give them 4 stars. However, the lady that answers the phone is not helpful. She had an attitude when I called and I almost canceled my service with them because of it. Also, I never received an invoice for this service. I was just told to write a check or give cash. P.S- They do not give courtesy calls. Totally unacceptable work and 0 consideration for your home. They drag a hose around and scrape up all your walls, rip off paint and leave divots in the walls without saying anything.
